Leadership
I joined Toastmasters in February 2021 with a deeply personal goal: to be able to share my daughter’s genetic disorder story without breaking down — and to get through performance reviews with my manager without falling to pieces. What started as a personal challenge turned into a transformative journey.
I served as VP of Membership, VP of Education, and eventually President of the Talk of Downtown Club. Along the way, I competed in my first speech contest, winning 1st place in District O13 and 2nd place in Area O. Most recently, we launched a youth Gavel Club in Pearland, Texas, called Empowered to Lead | Inspired by Faith, where we help young people find their voice and lead with confidence.

Corporate Experience
My career began in banking, where I developed a keen eye for credit risk and financial strategy. I later found my passion in data and automation. Now, as a Software Engineer, I build Alteryx and Tableau solutions that streamline HR operations at scale. I also love teaching — I’ve empowered over 1,000 students with real-world analytics skills through programs like Fit4Future. My path blends problem-solving, purpose, and a passion for helping others grow.

Passions
greatest passion is creating Bible-based content that’s easy to understand and relatable to everyday life. I love sharing my salvation story through presentations in schools, Toastmasters clubs, seminars, and even fun interactive exercises. This passion led me to start a nonprofit for our youngest daughter’s rare genetic disorder, PKU. We realized that her strength to face the challenges — special accommodations, restrictive diets, and feeling different — was powered by the Holy Spirit. Around the same time, our oldest daughter faced daily bullying, and we leaned on prayer and the truth of God's Word to remind her of her worth. These powerful experiences inspired me to write my first book: "The 7 Secrets to Overwhelming Joy" — a guide born from both faith and real-life battles.
